Khoai tây được cắt thành từng sợi dài, tẩm gia vị cay cay rồi đem nướng lên nóng hổi, giòn rụm cực kì ngon luôn đấy. Bật lò trước 10 phút ở 190 độ C, xịt một lớp dầu chống dính lên khay nướng. Khoai tây rửa sạch, giữ nguyên vỏ, cắt thành từng sợi dài, có độ mỏng vừa. Cho khoai lên khay nướng, rưới dầu olive, bột tỏi, bột ớt, chút muối và tiêu lên khoai tây rồi trộn đều lên.

Đặt khay khoai tây vào lò nướng khoảng 15 phút thì lấy ra trộn đều một lần đến khi khoai chín giòn rụm, thơm lừng là được. Lấy khoai cho ra dĩa, ăn kèm với tương ớt sẽ rất tuyệt.
