Cho 100ml sữa tươi, 15g sữa đặc, 50g kem tươi, 30g đường, 150ml nước cốt dừa vào nồi khuấy đều cho hòa tan hết với nhau. 100ml sữa tươi còn lại cho thêm 40g bột bắp vào khuấy đều lên. Sau đó chế từ từ hỗn hợp sữa bột bắp vào hỗn hợp sữa lúc đầu, vừa cho vào vừa khuấy cho đến khi hỗn hợp chín đặc lại là được.
Cho 1 phần cơm dừa sấy vào hộp lớn, tiếp đó chế hỗn hợp sữa đã nấu chín vào rồi chờ nguội một chút, đậy lại bằng màng bọc thực phẩm. Cho hộp vào tủ lạnh từ 2 - 3 tiếng để bánh đông cứng lại. Chuẩn bị sẵn một hộp dừa sấy khô. Bánh sữa khi đã cứng, bạn lấy ra, cắt thành từng miếng vuông vừa ăn rồi lăn qua phần dừa đã chuẩn bị cho dừa phủ đều bánh là được.
