Đậu hũ lăn qua một lớp bột bắp rồi để riêng. Làm nóng chảo với dầu ăn, cho đậu hũ vào chiên vàng giòn tất cả các mặt thì rưới nước sốt teriyaki lên và để lửa liu riu cho đậu hũ thấm đều gia vị. Sau đó, rắc thêm khô mực sợi Nhật Bản lên là hoàn tất rồi đó.
Khi ăn gắp đậu hũ ra dĩa, rưới nước sốt và rắc thêm một lớp khô mực sợi nữa là có thể thưởng thức. Đậu hũ chiên sốt teriyaki thấm đều gia vị đậm đà cùng khô mực ngòn ngọt ăn cùng cơm nóng rất ngon.
