The quality is not quite as nice as a genuine apple product but it was WAY cheaper than buying another replacement. I had already replaced my cord for my computer twice before and so I took a chance that this would save me money and still work. It worked perfectly right out of the box and I could use my extender cable from one of my old cords.

So, a little history: my pups ate my apple charger a little over a year ago. I ordered a similar charger for the same price from a different company. It was terrible. I couldn't plug it into a wall outlet because it was so weak it couldn't hold it's own weight; I had to plug it into a power strip and had to play with it for several minutes for it to set JUST RIGHT or it wouldn't charge. So, this crappy, fire hazard charger finally dies by the grace of God, so I came to amazon and found this. It was listed at the same price as the previous, so I was hesitant to spend the money on a similar quality charger... This charger is so much better than the other one! If you want an inexpensive charger, this is the way to go. It just came in the mail and is working perfectly. It feels sturdy, the connecter is stiff so it will stay in place, and the actual plug in part (prongs?) are sturdy so it says plugged it. Worked instantly with no problems!! I couldn't be happier, honestly. I hope this helps anybody in the market. Don't just buy the first cheap charger you find because your laptop only has 5% battery left like I did the first time around.
