70g Bơ, đường bột cho vào âu trộn đều. Sau đó cho lòng đỏ trứng vào trộn chung. Rây bột hạnh nhân, bột mì, vani, muối vào, mang bao tay nhồi bột cho mịn, quyện thành một khối.
Cán mỏng phần bột dùng để làm khuôn bông hoa. Sau đó cắt bột và xếp lên khay. Bật lò 170 độ C trước 10 phút. Sau đó cho khay bánh vào ngăn giữa lò nướng 15-17 phút là bánh chín. Lấy khay bánh ra để nguội.
Bây giờ bạn hãy lấy nhân mousse chanh để lên chính giữa bánh. Chạy vài đường siro chocolate là xong.
