Chuối bóc vỏ, cắt nhỏ cho vào tô dùng nĩa nghiền nhuyễn. Tiếp đến thêm vào bột nở, muối. Đánh tan trứng, dầu ăn, tinh chất vani và sữa tươi trong một bát khác trước khi đổ vào hỗn hợp trên. Sau đó trộn đều cho đến khi tất cả quyện thành một chất lỏng đặc.
Láng chảo với ít bơ (hoặc dầu thực vật), cho 1-2 muỗng canh hỗn hợp trứng chuối vào chảo và chiên ở nhiệt độ thấp khoảng 1 phút. Sau đó nhẹ nhàng lật bánh lại và chiên thêm 1 phút cho đến khi mặt đó cũng chín vàng. Tiếp tục chiên từng chiếc cho đến khi hết hỗn hợp bột bánh.
